First Generation of BigscreenVR Avatars. Built with mobile VR performance in mind for the Samsung GearVR and Oculus GO! Performance was extremely limited, so the designs were heavily inspired by Nintendo's customizable Mii avatars. These avatars utilize a system to animate 2D textured eyes (blink and simulated eye gazing) and mouth (according to the attenuation of the microphone) which can be easily swapped out for custom options. With 6 body shapes, 22 hair styles, 13 beards, 10 mustaches, 7 sideburns, 18 eyewear, 11 hats, 9 eyes, 9 Brows, 12 iris types, and 11 Mouth shapes, you have millions of possible custom combinations.
The torsos utilize an atlas of RGB mask textures for quick color combinations and up to 16 shirt patterns (per atlas).
